SecondCall AI — AI receptionist and appointment-booking service for HVAC, roofing, and plumbing companies.
SecondCall AI answers business phone calls using an AI receptionist, responds to missed calls by text message, and books appointments directly to the client's calendar. Clients and their customers may also receive text messages related to appointments and services.
Message frequency varies based on call volume, appointments, and service activity.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SecondCall AI services are provided on a monthly subscription basis as described at secondcallaii.com. Pilot subscriptions run for the first 60 days and may be cancelled at any time. After the pilot, services continue month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time with notice before the next billing date. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that calls and messages placed through the service comply with applicable laws, including consent requirements for the people they contact.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecondCall AI and Sinmak Inc are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
